Senrui-- Demulsify-cleanup additive for acidizing

Product introduction:

The product is used for reservoir acidizing reconstruction to reduce emulsification and plugging of acidizing fluid, improve the flow-back capability of acidizing fluid.     

This product has both the functions of emulsification and plugging, can make emulsified acidizing fluid demulsified rapidly at lower temperature, and can also greatly lower the surface tension of acidizing fluid and the interfacial tension between oil and water, lower the flow resistance of flow-back reacted acid, reduce acidizing fluid damage to the reservoir.

The main technical index:

①Appearance: light yellow to yellow liquid

②Solubility: It is miscible with water and acid in any ratio

③Surface tension(30℃,0.3%): ≤ 25.0mN/m

④interfacial tension(30℃,0.3%): ≤ 2.0mN/m

⑤The thermal stability variation of interfacial tension:≤1.5mN/m

⑥Demulsification efficiency:≥90 %
